With over 19 years of experience in insurance, business development, and financial services in the Dominican Republic and the United States, Mao has built a reputation for innovative strategies, client-focused solutions, and measurable results.
Under his leadership, Cano Molina offers a full range of services including tax preparation, income tax filing, bookkeeping, accounting, credit repair, and business financial services. Mao emphasizes a people-first approach, ensuring that clients, partners, and businesses receive personalized attention, bilingual support (English & Español), and a concierge-level experience.
Mao combines face-to-face client support, strategic partnerships with mortgage and realtor associations, and intelligent referral marketing to provide practical, results-driven financial solutions. His vision is to make Cano Molina a trusted leader in both insurance and tax services, helping clients maximize refunds, stay compliant, and grow their financial health.
Previously, Mao served as a Sales Manager and Executive for top insurance companies in the Dominican Republic and as a franchise owner in the US. He holds bachelor’s degrees in Education and Law from Universidad Católica Santo Domingo, bringing a strong foundation in business, legal knowledge, and client service to every engagement.
